Scott Rogers Joins Our Team!

Scott Rogers has extensive additive manufacturing experience and has been instrumental in helping customers use best practices in the qualification of 3D printed aerospace components. A native Texan, Scott earned his B.S. Metallurgical and Materials Engineering degree from the University of Texas El Paso. He has over a decade of diverse industry experience specializing in Quality Systems Management, Laboratory Management, and NADCAP Thermal Processing. His previous career experience at Arconic included AS9100 audits, equipment installation, and development of prototype and production parts using powder bed fusion printing methods, and he most recently worked with EOS North America as an Engineering Quality Consultant in their aerospace practice. Scott’s experience also involved updating training material for metal powder handling, and he worked cross-functionally with customer service, consulting, and quality teams to develop successful results. Scott applies his background and knowledge to continuously improve Cumberland’s operations to ensure sustainable manufacturing and testing environments that lead to repeatable quality parts, processes, and outcomes for Cumberland’s customers.
